Do I have to incorporate to use the CCS system for processing?
NO.
How often does CCS pay the merchants for deposits or batches? It's
up to the merchant, you can choose to be paid your deposits every single day.
Some merchants prefer to receive deposits every 48 or 72 hours. There is a
wire/swift fee, although minimal, to send money from one bank to another bank.
Does it matter where I am incorporated? NO we process for merchants all over
the country. Contact CCS for more information.
Is there a volume restriction on the amount of credit card transactions
I can do in a month? NO, absolutely not there are no limits on the amount
of money a company can transact with CCS.
How can I learn more about the CCS alternative billing solutions?
Contact CCS and one of our representatives will explain in detail how every
solution works and what the benefits are.
I am a new merchant will CCS approve me for a merchant account?
We approve most companies on a case-by-case basis. What's important to us is your
business plan or model and how you intend to ramp up the volume.
How does the CCS gateway work, can it be used as a virtual terminal? Our
gateway is easy to use and easy to integrate. Our technicians will walk you
through the whole process. The gateway comes with all of the scrubbing parameters
(fraud prevention measures and databases) included and may be used in combination
or separately as a real-time Internet solution or a virtual terminal. This of
course depends on what business category you are in.
Why does your discount rate vary? Discount rates are quoted by analyzing
your past processing statements, company financial strength, credit ratings,
TMF, type of business category, amount of time in business and other information
you provide.
Will we have our own merchant account and our own descriptor? YES,
absolutely! Having your own merchant account and descriptor can save you
a lot of money and headaches. Your descriptor will show up on your credit
card statement as: (your company name or your choice of a name and an 800
number or whatever your customer service number is). This substantially
reduces your questions of where the charge came from and who to call
(lowering chargeback potential).
Do you require security deposits upfront? NO security for accounts
is built by the rolling reserve.
Does it make a difference where I am located? NO we process for
merchants nation wide.
